We had 8 attend. Much thanks to Phil Bott and Mike Preston for grilling steaks and manning the kitchen. These two guys make the meeting great with the steak dinners we have grown to love and look forward to monthly. We once had a visitor from another club. He commented that it looked like our meetings were basically a time to hang out and eat. Ok.
San Nicolas Island is coming up in two days, and we had the skipper from the Toronado, Ray at the meeting. He talked about trips and locating fishing grounds. Hillary stopped by. Said she had to avoid sniper fire to find the clubhouse.
